BUY AND ENTER — FLOR DE CAÑA PUERTO RICO OFFICIAL RULES
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROMOTION
The “Buy and Enter — Flor de Caña Puerto Rico” promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on June 1st and ends on June 30th (the “Promotion Period”). By participating, each participant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and with the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. The Sponsor is responsible for the general administration of the Promotion.
2. IDENTIFICATION OF THE PARTIES
The Sponsoring Brand of this Promotion is Flor de Caña. The Promoter of the Promotion is V. Suárez & Co.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, the Sponsoring Brand, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
4. PARTICIPATING STORES
Eligible purchases for participation must be made exclusively at the following participating locations in Puerto Rico: El Hórreo de V. Suárez, The House (all locations), Econo Altamira in San Juan, Selectos in Guaynabo, La Licorería in Rincón, and 7 Express in Rincón.
5. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, participants may enter using two methods.
The first method consists of purchasing Flor de Caña 12, 18 and/or 25 Year Old at a participating store, scanning the QR code available in the promotional material, uploading a clear image of the purchase receipt, and completing the digital form with the required information.
The second method of entry, with no purchase necessary, consists of mailing an entry that includes a printed photograph of a Flor de Caña bottle, along with the participant’s full name, telephone number, and email address. Such an entry must be sent to the postal address designated by the Promoter in the promotional material, and the envelope must clearly state the phrase “Buy and Enter — Flor de Caña Puerto Rico.”
Entries submitted by postal mail will be valid only if received within the Promotion Period. Incomplete or illegible entries, or entries that do not meet these requirements, will not be accepted. The Promoter shall not be responsible for lost, late, or damaged mail.
A maximum of one (1) entry per person per day will be allowed, regardless of the method of entry used. The odds of winning do not depend on the method of entry.
6. PRIZE(S)
The prize to be awarded will be one (1) Char-Broil gourmet grill or similar, valued at approximately $550.00. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing may be held digitally or in person, as determined by the Promoter.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified using the information provided at the time of entry, either by telephone or email. The winner must respond within a period of forty-eight (48) hours from the attempted notification. Failure to respond within such period may result in the Promoter selecting an alternate winner.
9. PRIZE DELIVERY
To claim the prize, the winner must present valid identification and confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement. The Promoter will coordinate the delivery of the prize in accordance with its internal procedures.
10. RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION
This Promotion is related to alcoholic beverages and is directed exclusively to persons of legal drinking age. Responsible consumption is promoted.
11. IMAGE RIGHTS
By participating in the Promotion, the participant authorizes the Promoter, the Sponsoring Brand, and the Organizer to use their name, image, and any content related to their participation for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
12. DISQUALIFICATION
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information, tampers with the entry process, or fails to comply with these Official Rules.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Promoter, the Sponsoring Brand, and the Organizer shall not be responsible for technical errors, failures in electronic systems, connectivity issues, or for incomplete, late, or unreceived entries for any reason.
14. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
15. SOCIAL MEDIA
This Promotion is not sponsored, administered, or associated with any social network. Participants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to any such network.
16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules.
17. WINNERS LIST AND RULES
To obtain a copy of these Official Rules or the list of winners, interested parties may send a request to the Promoter at the address designated by the Promoter.
FLOR DE CANA GRILL GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Discount Liquors Ltd. (“the Promoter”) is administering the Flor de Caña Father’s Day Grill Giveaway (“the Promotion”). The Promotion is governed by these official Terms & Conditions. By entering and participating in the Promotion, each person (“the Entrant”) agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions, including all eligibility requirements.
The Flor de Caña Father’s Day Grill Giveaway runs from Monday 1st June 2026 until close of business on Tuesday 30th June 2026 at The Wine Cellar/Discount Liquors store in Turks and Caicos. The Promotion is restricted to retail purchases only. Duty-Free stores are not included in this Promotion and duty-free purchases will not be eligible to enter or win.
Customers are eligible to enter the Promotion when they purchase a minimum of one (1) bottle of Flor de Caña 12, 15yr (ECO), 18yr, 19yr, 25yr, 30yr, or 35yr, in-store. To enter, customers must retain a copy of their receipt and provide their contact information to be eligible to win.
The prize consists of one (1) Char-Broil gourmet grill or similar. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
This Promotion is open to legal residents of Turks and Caicos Islands aged 18 years or older. Current employees of Discount Liquors Ltd. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Discount Liquors reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant if there are reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Terms & Conditions.
Winners may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification to claim the prize.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The draw will take place on Wednesday 1st July 2026. The winner will be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw once eligibility has been verified. The winner will first be contacted by phone. If they cannot be reached within two (2) days, contact will be attempted via email. If the winner cannot be reached within fourteen (14) days of the draw, another winner may be selected.
The Promoter will not be held liable for failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or otherwise invalid.
By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the prize awarded.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, amend, or suspend the Promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
By participating, each Entrant grants permission for Discount Liquors Ltd. and Flor de Caña to use the Entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, and/or video footage for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Promotion without additional compensation, should they be selected as the winner.
By providing an email address on the entry form, Entrants consent to receive marketing communications from Discount Liquors Ltd. and Flor de Caña. Personal information collected during the Promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Discount Liquors Privacy Policy.
The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands, and the courts of the Turks and Caicos Islands shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion.

By entering and participating in the Promotion, each person (“the Entrant”) agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions, including all eligibility requirements.
The Flor de Caña Father’s Day Grill Giveaway runs from Monday 1st June 2026 until close of business on Sunday 21st June 2026 at all Jimmy’s Wines & Spirits stores in The Bahamas, as well as CNK Liquor Store in Exuma. The Promotion is restricted to retail purchases only, trade, personal, and organizational accounts, these accounts will not be eligible to enter or win.
Customers are eligible to enter the Promotion when they purchase a minimum of one (1) bottle of Flor de Caña 12, 18yr, or 25yr, in-store. To enter, customers must scan the QR code, fill out the online form and click submit.
